Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals)
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day and treat approximately 20–30 patients per day
• Real-time clinical documentation at the point of care using our EMR
• No nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities
• Participate in paid training and the wound care fellowship during onboarding and beyond
