Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician for a lakeside North Dakota site with a 10,000-volume ER. The role offers full-time, 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend), with mid-level support at peak times. Up to $616K with a $50K bonus, with both W2 and 1099 options available.

North Dakota license eligibility and EM certifications required. Base compensation includes $250/hr, quality bonus, and annual bonuses; sign-on of $50K (forgivable over 3 years).

Qualifications

• FM/IM with extensive emergency medicine experience (at least 3 years with 250 case logs within the past year).
• ABEM certification preferred.
• Eligible for North Dakota Medical License.
• ACLS, PALS, ATLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care including intubations and chest tubes.
• Full-time, 12-hour day/night and weekend rotations; mid-level support during peak hours.
• Utilize Meditech EHR to document patient care and outcomes.
