Job summary

Greater San Antonio Emergency Physicians (GSEP) seeks board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to join our physician-owned, democratic group providing emergency care across the Methodist Hospital System in San Antonio.

This opportunity offers true partnership, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative, physician-governed environment with strong APP support and high-volume acuity across 150,000+ annual ED visits.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification/Eligibility.
• EM residency trained (ACGME or AOA).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in long-term practice stability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Join physician-owned, democratic group providing emergency care.
• Work across multiple sites with flexible scheduling and site-level control.
• Pursue equal partnership after meeting clinical hour thresholds.
