Job summary

ACEP Now is seeking a qualified Emergency Medicine Physician to work throughout the Holzer Health System in southeastern Ohio. Candidates can apply for either a full-time employee position or an independent contractor role, with a requirement of ten shifts per month to qualify for benefits. Coverage includes three emergency departments, and shifts involve 12 hours of physician care each day.

Preferred candidates will have emergency medicine experience or be family-trained. Additional shifts are available, and competitive rates including nocturnist pay apply.

Qualifications

• EM or family-trained physicians with emergency medicine experience are welcome to apply.
• Physician-led organization.
• Experience with Paragon EMR system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care in three health system locations.
• Coverage includes 12-hour shifts, 24 hours per day.
• Participate as either a Full-Time Employee or Independent Contractor.
