Sycamore Physician Contracting LLC is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician for a critical care opportunity in Southwestern New Hampshire. The candidate must hold a current NH license and board certification in EM (ABEM/BEEM) or ABFM/ABIM with EM experience.

ATLS is required; ACLS, BLS and PALS are expected. The role offers 12-hour night shifts with 24-hour physician coverage and 12-hour mid-level support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a NH medical license.
• ATLS certification required (ACLS/BLS/PALS also expected).
• Board certification as EM or ABFM/ABIM with EM experience is preferred.

• Nearest Trauma Center: UMass Memorial Medical Center
• Shift Times: 12h shifts (8a-8p ; 8p-8a)(Need is for nights only)

MUST HAVE CURRENT NH License

Must show proof of ATLS certification was achieved at one time – so even if it is expired, they will accept ACLS, PALS and BLS are required even if Board Certified – if provider does not have these certifications at time of Credentials, they can still move forward but must receive the certifications within 6 months of receiving their privileges Temp privileges can be granted if there is a need and if the provider has a clean file
