Requirements

• Proven experience in ELN development and laboratory digitalisation
• Strong technical, hands‑on profile (not project‑management focused)
• Experience working in regulated lab environments
• Fluent English and French

Hard Skills

• ELN configuration and development (IDBS preferred, Biovia a plus)
• ELN migration experience (Desktop → Web → Cloud)
• System and equipment integrations (APIs, data platforms)
• Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Understanding of digital lab ecosystems

Soft Skills

• Comfortable working with scientists and IT teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
