Job summary

Citi in Milpitas, CA seeks an experienced wealth advisor to identify and deepen relationships with affluent and high net worth clients, delivering holistic financial planning and personalized investment guidance.

You will work with product specialists to address banking, credit and investment needs, conduct face-to-face meetings, and expand the portfolio through referrals while maintaining rigorous regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in wealth management or advisory.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Money Guide Pro or NaviPlan is preferred.
• FINRA registrations required within 150 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deepen relationships to gain incremental wallet share of affluent and HNW clients.
• Offer holistic financial solutions through a range of products and tools.
• Collaborate with product specialists to address banking, credit and investment needs.
• Provide high-touch, face-to-face engagement and regular client meetings.
• Grow portfolio through referrals and client events.
• Ensure KYC/AML and regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure a positive in-branch experience.
