Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing sales or advisory role.
• Proven track record of closing business and generating production.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident presenter with strong in-person presence.
• Active Series 65 and Life & Health licenses to be obtained within 90 days.
• Spanish-speaking stronglypreferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to understand client goals and risk.
• Develop personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax, estate, and legacy strategies.
• Monitor and adjust portfolios to align with market conditions and client objectives.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to foster trust.
• Lead regular client meetings to update and educate clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client engagement.
