OneWater Marine is seeking a Detailer to enhance and maintain the appearance and condition of boats and vehicles. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in detailing, cleaning, or related field.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in automotive detailing or related training (preferred).
• Experience with paint correction and surface restoration techniques (preferred).
• Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning products (preferred).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform detailing tasks on exterior and interior of boats/vehicles to enhance appearance.
• Inspect boats for areas needing attention or repair; manage decals and minor cosmetic repairs.
• Use detailing equipment and supplies; keep equipment organized and stocked.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations; handle cleaning supplies properly.
• Assist with inventory upkeep in the sales yard; daily store ground upkeep.
• Offer support to other departments as needed.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction during interactions with guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
