Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Seattle, WA is seeking a board-certified Vascular Surgeon to join a collegial team. The practice features a hybrid OR and an interventional suite for endovascular care, with strong collaboration across structural cardiology, cardiac surgery, and transplant services.

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based vascular care, lead 100% vascular practice, contribute to resident education, and participate in a large referral network across the Pacific

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Vascular Surgery (ABS).
• Fellowship or advanced training in Vascular Surgery.
• RPVI certification.
• Ability to obtain a medical license in WA state.
• DEA with full prescriptive authority for practice.

Responsibilities

• Clinic (downtown and coverage of one satellite clinic), hospital rounds, surgery and interpretation of noninvasive vascular studies.
• Teaching responsibilities to general surgery residents, subspecialty interns, and medical students.
• 100% vascular surgery practice across a large referral network.
• Provide a full spectrum of vascular services and endovascular interventions in a major center.
• Support from a dedicated vascular RN and physician assistant; collaboration with cardiology and transplant teams.
