Reimagined Parking is seeking a Part-Time Valet Parking Attendant at Hyatt Regency in San Francisco. The role involves safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while delivering top-notch service, requiring punctual, courteous interactions.

You'll work with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor, ensuring safety standards, proper ticketing, and efficient service. The job includes weekend shifts, varied hours, and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-level customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests.
• Able to learn quickly and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from guest arrival to departure.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and track locations.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist guests.
• Open doors and assist with loading/unloading items.
• Maintain security by directing traffic and monitoring areas.
• Process valet fees and help reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and assist with luggage.
• Report incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates.
