Qualifications

• High level banking knowledge with the ability to perform all branch operations.
• Proven teller transactions, loan production, new accounts, CD/IRA, and leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication; knowledge of credit union products and sales skills.
• Willingness to travel between branches as required by management.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and member service support across multiple branches.
• Deepen member relationships and recommend needs-based products and services.
• Rotate as teller when needed and assist with vault balancing and audits as needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in platform activities including accounts and loan processing.
• Supervise Financial Center employees when management is unavailable.
