Qualifications

• Must have prior security experience or 3 years of customer service.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• CPR certification is required.
• Literate in English and able to read/write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Verify employee, contractor, and visitor credentials before granting access.
• Manage visitor registration, badging, and escort procedures.
• Conduct routine interior and exterior security patrols to identify risks or hazards.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, or safety concerns.
• Prepare detailed incident, activity, and shift reports for documentation.
• Enforce company security policies, procedures, and site protocols.
• Support emergency response procedures, evacuations, and safety drills.
• Provide professional customer service to employees, contractors, and guests.
• Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Assist with asset protection, loss prevention, and operational continuity.
