Job summary

Citi Private Bank in Houston is seeking an experienced Private Banker to develop and deepen client relationships and deliver tailored wealth management strategies. You will coordinate cross-functional resources, present complex financial concepts, and drive growth within an intensely competitive market.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, extensive knowledge of Citi Private Bank products and UHNW client management, and relevant securities licenses.

Qualifications

• Client facing experience in financial services; strong knowledge of investments, banking and credit products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional groups (sales, service, operations, compliance, marketing).
• Ability to understand and use computer and web-based applications.
• Experience leading client teams and transactions in Private Banking.

Responsibilities

• Grow client net revenue annually in core product areas: investment management, capital markets, and banking & lending.
• Develop sales/marketing strategies to generate revenue and acquire new target clients.
• Prospect for new clients and convert prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
• Coordinate specialist resources to craft tailored, long-term client solutions.
