Job summary

T3 Global Group, LLC is seeking seasoned traders to join our elite team. This role offers autonomy to devise trading strategies within a professional ecosystem and access to professional-grade trading software and a strong balance sheet.

You will trade across futures, equities and options, monitor markets, optimize performance, and collaborate with other traders. A proven track record, risk discipline, and resilience under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of successful trading in one or more financial markets.
Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics and risk management.

Responsibilities

Execute trades in accordance with established trading strategies and risk guidelines.
Monitor markets, analyze data, identify trading opportunities.
Develop and refine trading strategies through research and analysis.
Utilize advanced trading tools and technology to execute trades efficiently.
Monitor and manage positions, including risk exposure and portfolio performance.
Stay informed on market trends, economic news and industry developments.
Collaborate with other traders and teams to share insights and optimize performance.
Continuously evaluate and improve trading strategies based on market conditions.
Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines; maintain accurate records of trades and performance.
