Job summary

La Paloma Country Club in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a dynamic Tennis Teaching Professional to join our upscale tennis program. You will deliver private, group, and clinic lessons to members of all ages and skill levels, designing tailored plans and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere on and off the court.

Collaborate with the Tennis Director to promote the program, assist with events, and stay current with the latest techniques.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience teaching tennis in a private club or similar environment.
• Ability to tailor instruction to players of all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide private, group, and clinic tennis lessons for players of all levels.
• Design tailored lesson plans to meet each player’s goals.
• Foster a positive, engaging atmosphere on and off the court.
• Assist with tennis events, tournaments, and social activities.
• Collaborate with Tennis Director to promote the program and engage members.
