Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL drivers for dry van no-touch freight across all 48 states. Team driving includes a pet policy, with weekly pay, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation and robust benefits. Expect a modern fleet, strong support, and clear paths for earning through mileage pay and bonuses.

You’ll receive mileage pay up to $0.75 per mile, hourly on-duty pay, weekly guarantees, and a generous 2% annual bonus potential, plus paid time off and holiday pay after six months.
