Job summary

ARMADA Ltd in Texas is seeking a Tactical Weapons Based Support Instructor to deliver advanced-level training in accordance with CENSECFOR curriculum, including small arms employment and tactical shooting. You will lead instruction, coach performance, and ensure safety during live-fire evolutions.

The role requires RSO duties when designated, compliance with Navy standards, and collaboration on curriculum updates and evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be qualified as a small arms weapons' instructor.
• Experience in military or law enforcement security environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced-level tactical training per CENSECFOR curriculum.
• Provide instruction in small arms, tactical shooting, and defensive tactics.
• Serve as Range Safety Officer when designated and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate and deliver Judgment-based Engagement Training and stress conditioning.
• Maintain proficiency and meet weapons qualification standards.
• Support curriculum updates, instructor evaluations, and testing procedures.
