Job summary

ARMADA LTD is seeking qualified instructors to deliver advanced level high-risk training in CENSECFOR courses. Instructors with specialized skills will train across topics including SAMI, AT TRASUP, SRF-A, and other weapons and security programs.

Ideal candidates have Navy Instructor Training Course or equivalent, solid academic credentials, and proven instructor delivery abilities, demonstrated safety awareness, and the capacity to manage challenging training environments.

Qualifications

• Has attended the Navy Instructor Training Course (NITC) or equivalent
• Academic credentialing (teacher/professor)
• Instructor training via an academic institution with learning objectives such as effective communication and adult learning theory

Responsibilities

• Delivery of advanced level high-risk training across CENSECFOR courses and related duties as assigned.
• Ensure safety and effective instruction during live-fire and weapons-based training.
