Job summary

The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office is seeking an Assistant District Attorney in the Superior Court to represent the Commonwealth in a range of criminal proceedings under the supervision of the Second Assistant District Attorneys and unit chiefs.

• Significant trial experience including pre-trial motions, bench and jury trials.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Commonwealth at all stages of criminal prosecutions.
• Review materials for indictment consideration and conduct grand jury investigations.
• Handle arraignments, motions, bail hearings in multiple courts as appropriate.
• Lead pre-trial hearings and litigate evidentiary motions and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues, law enforcement, victims, witnesses and the public to prosecute ethically and effectively.
