Job summary

Ulta Beauty Elite Stylist engages guests, consults on hair care needs, and recommends products and services to deliver a total-look experience. This role partners with the Experience Manager and focuses on service sales, guest service, and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates will have a cosmetology license and prior relevant experience, with strong skills in haircutting, coloring, styling, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing where applicable.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficient in latest salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling, extensions, makeup, and brow services.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, coloring, styling, extensions, makeup and brow services.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales targets.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
