Ulta Beauty in Fremont, CA is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver high-quality services focusing on the total look. You will work with the Experience Manager and team to meet sales and productivity goals while staying current on new trends and products.

This full-time role requires a cosmetology license, strong communication, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while maintaining store standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for hair services and makeup; ability to learn products and communicate benefits.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and consult on hair care needs to recommend services and products.
• Deliver quality hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, and makeup where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store goals.
• Maintain upselling and guest loyalty through demonstrations and product recommendations.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, safety standards, and sanitation guidelines.
