Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, updos, extensions, makeup applications, brow services, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to store targets for retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate products and services to guests to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and products to better assist guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold salon standards.
