Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services in our Woodstock salon.

You will deliver quality services, focus on guest experience, drive service and retail sales, and collaborate with the Experience Manager and salon team to maintain standards and grow client relationships.

Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required, with a commitment to ongoing training and a passion for the beauty industry.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and products.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design and styling.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Maintain high guest service and conduct product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with EM/ASM and support store events.
