Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, treatments, styling, extensions, makeup and brow services.
• Meet or exceed weekly service and productivity goals for hair services and retail sales.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and guest experiences.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge for guests.
• Maintain store, salon cleanliness and safety, and follow procedures.
