Ulta Beauty in Illinois is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services to enhance total looks. You will deliver high-quality services and drive sales while supporting a unified guest experience with the Experience Manager and team.

Qualified candidates hold a Cosmetology license, have prior relevant experience, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, coloring, styling, and makeup.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, brow services, and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services by delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to store goals.
• Develop guest relationships through consultations and appropriate retail/service recommendations.
• Support the execution of in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and safety standards.
