Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The role supports the Experience Manager and focuses on service sales, guest experience, and store compliance.

Ideal candidates will hold a Cosmetology license, have prior salon experience, and demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and sales skills. The position requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, in our Rhode Island salons.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficient in latest salon techniques.
• Strong guest service and sales skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup and brow services.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and drive retail and service sales.
• Provide product demonstrations to drive sales and improve the guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
