A leading athletic training facility in Dallas is seeking dedicated coaches to inspire and guide athletes from ages 7 and up. Coaches will create a motivating atmosphere, personalize training regimens, and ensure safety through proper techniques and nutrition advice. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience, valid certifications, and a passion for fitness. This role provides the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of athletes and engage in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in a training setting.

Responsabilidades

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt training movements for individuals.
• Reduce an athlete's risk of injury through proper technique.
