Job summary

D1 Training - North Pinellas is seeking a dedicated coach to foster a positive environment for athletes of all ages. Candidates must possess the ability to motivate and inspire others, maximizing client retention through exemplary service.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in strength training and holds valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification. A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science is preferred. Join our passionate team and help change lives through fitness!

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
• Must exhibit passion, expertise, and high energy.
• Strong character and over-the-top customer service skills required.

• Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for individual athletes.
