D1 Training - Oswego is seeking a Coach to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages through world-class coaching and a culture of excellence. You will empower youth and adults to pursue their best with engaging workouts and expert guidance.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR/First Aid certification required.
• NCCA-accredited certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
• 1 year of strength and conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training.
• College level or higher sports participation experience preferred.
• Specific sport expertise in the field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for all athletes without compromising safety.
• Maximize client retention and contribute to client acquisition through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Understand, Teach, Modify, and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
• Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns. Safety First!
