Job summary

D1 Training - Sarasota is seeking a world-class, experienced coach to join our team. This in-person role requires stepping in on day one to work with clients ranging from young athletes to high-level competitors in a fast-growing franchise.

The coach will design and implement strength and conditioning programs, lead group sessions, and drive client progress with a positive, energetic approach. Part-time hours with competitive base pay and commission/bonus opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of coaching experience in fitness or sports
• Believes they can be the best coach on staff
• Knowledge of strength and conditioning principles
• Ability to design and modify client programs

Responsibilities

• Coach athletes across youth to adults on day one
• Program and customize strength/conditioning plans for clients
• Maintain a positive, energetic, can-do attitude in a fast-paced gym environment
