Job summary

D1 Training Boston is seeking a World Class Coach to join one of the fastest growing fitness franchises in the United States. This role requires stepping in on day one to train athletes of all ages, from NFL prospects to beginners, in a high-energy environment.

As a D1 Coach you will lead group workouts, deliver 1-on-1 sessions, build strong athlete relationships, and uphold D1’s training system. The position offers leadership growth, ongoing certifications, and unlimited personal training

Qualifications

• Currently certified in CSCS, NASM, ACSM, ACE or CPT.
• Proven coaching experience with athletes of varying ages.
• Passion for strength, speed, and conditioning.
• Effective communication with clients, parents and team.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Coach group training workouts 10-15 per week.
• Lead 1-on-1 and small group sessions.
• Build relationships with members and local teams.
• Ensure workouts follow D1’s training system.
• Create a high-energy, motivating training environment.
