Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, speak, and write English.
• 2–3 years in fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to lift 10–30 pounds (occasional 50 pounds).
• Able to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
• Provide personal service and attention to detail beyond expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments.
• Support service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Know other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.
