Job summary

ETS Performance LLC in Round Rock, TX is seeking a motivated Sports Performance Specialist to join our growing team. The role focuses on training youth to pro athletes using ETS systems and a supportive coaching environment.

Qualifications

• Post graduate experience in Strength/Conditioning or Performance field.
• Former competitive athlete with an accredited professional certification.
• Outgoing, motivating and personable with a willingness to learn and continue growing.
• Sports-minded with a strong desire for continual development of leadership skills.
• Enjoys working with kids of all ages and ability levels.
• Patient yet persistent with the task at hand.
• Graduating GPA of a 2.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs for youth and athletes.
• Work with ETS Sports Performance Director and team.
• Help athletes maximize development and safety.
• Relocate to Round Rock before starting.
