Job summary

ETS Performance LLC in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our growing ETS Sports Performance team. This full-time role focuses on training youth to professional athletes using our proven systems and ETS philosophy.

You'll work with a dynamic group of athletes, benefit from growth opportunities, and participate in a supportive environment with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Post graduate experience in the Strength/Conditioning or Performance field.
• Former competitive athlete with accredited certification.
• Outgoing, motivating and personable with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Sports-minded with leadership development.
• Enjoys working with kids of all ages and ability levels.
• Patient yet persistent with tasks at hand.
• Exercise Science/athletics or business background.
• Accountable and dependable – on time and willing to put forth extra effort.

Responsibilities

• Train youth, high school, college and professional athletes in strength, speed and deceleration training.
• Implement ETS training systems to maximize athletic development and performance.
• Collaborate with ETS Directors and other specialists to support athletes.
• Contribute to character development, accountability and competition culture.
• Relocate to Sioux Falls, SD and join the ETS family environment.
