Job summary

ETS Performance in Ogden, UT is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach to work with youth, high school, college and professional athletes within a private-sector facility. This is an in-person relocation-required role in Ogden.

Qualifications

• Post graduate experience in Strength/Conditioning or Performance field.
• Former competitive athlete with accredited certification.
• Outgoing, motivating and personable with willingness to learn.
• Sports-minded with leadership development desire.
• Enjoys working with youth of all ages and ability levels.
• Patient and persistent with tasks.
• Background in Exercise Science, athletics or business.
• GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide strength and conditioning programs for youth to professional athletes.
• Work in private sports performance facility environment.
• Support athletes with development, motivation and accountability.
• Coordinate with ETS team for growth opportunities.
