Job summary

Softball University is seeking enthusiastic instructors to deliver high-quality youth softball programs for beginners to advanced players, both on-field and off-field. Instructors will lead sessions, support athlete development, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented training environment.

Ideal candidates have collegiate or professional playing or coaching experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to tailor plans for various ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• Played and/or coached at collegiate and/or professional levels.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform skill-specific instruction in facilities and at fields in the community.
• Build and maintain relationships with athletes, families, and coaches.
• Deliver age- and ability-appropriate content in team, camp/clinic, small group, and 1-on-1 settings.
• Collaborate and co-instruct with other instructors.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of equipment for training programs and events.
• Attend staff and instructor meetings and company events.
