Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
• Must understand, read, and write in English.
• Successfully complete a Fingerprint background check and drug screening.
• Must have a State Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Make access badges in accordance with SLA.
• Screen associates and determine root cause of activations.
• Monitor post activity to ensure the security of the facility.
• Review and save CCTV video regarding incidents.
• Complete various logs and incident reports.
• Respond to alarms in accordance with SLA standards.
