Job summary

Iron Shield Protection LLC seeks a Security Driver/Executive Protection Agent in Lansing/Grand Rapids, MI to safeguard clients during transport and events. You will assess risk, coordinate with team, and maintain logs, CCTV monitoring, and access control to ensure elite service and discretion.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in executive protection, valid LEOSA or unrestricted Concealed Carry, strong communication, and a meticulous, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive protection or related security fields.
• Valid LEOSA or Unrestricted Concealed Carry permit; CPR certification preferred.
• Strong risk management, security protocols, and emergency response knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service experience preferred.
• Able to maintain discretion and work independently or in a team.
• Participation in random drug screenings is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the client during transportation to and from residence, work, and other locations.
• Make real-time operational decisions to enhance safety and service quality.
• Maintain and manage security logs, radio logs, visitor information, residence audits, vehicle inspections, and communications.
• Monitor detection systems, panic alarms, and CCTV cameras.
• Manage access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Ensure effective communication with the client, their family, and team members.
• Support pre-planning and risk assessment for executive attendance at events.
