Job summary

Cheeky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in North Georgia is hiring a Senior HVAC Installer to lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish. You’ll install gas, heat pump, mini-split systems, IAQ products, and tankless water heaters, running linesets and ensuring code compliance with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to install any HVAC system we offer without supervision.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and ServiceTitan or similar field software.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor weather conditions.
• Preferred: lead install crews or train juniors.
• Preferred: zoning, multi-system, and commercial package/RTU installs.
• Have your own tools.
• Experience installing all major HVAC brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC replacement installations from start to finish, unsupervised.
• Install full gas, heat pump, and mini-split systems, package/RTU units, zoning systems, IAQ products, and tankless water heaters.
• Run linesets, braze, nitrogen purge, pull vacuum, and charge systems to manufacturer specifications.
• Set blower settings, build transitions, and install duct systems, plenums, and drain lines to code and company standards.
• Complete a professional job closeout and walkthrough with every customer.
• Mentor, train, and develop junior installers and apprentices through our install career path.
• Accurately complete job forms, readings, photos, and documentation in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked install vehicle and follow our truck inventory process.
• Follow all company safety standards, local codes, and industry best practices.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that earns five-star reviews.
