AYS Group, a high end insurance sales agency, seeks top tier sales professionals who are self motivated and can manage their own pipeline. We operate 100% virtually via phone or Zoom with access to trusted lead vendors and high-end carriers offering IUL, IBC and FIA products.

We provide a proven training system and require candidates who communicate effectively, embrace the existing sales system, and are comfortable selling premium policies that average $250+ per month.

Qualifications

• Agent must communicate effectively and present high premium options.
• Self-motivated and able to manage own sales pipeline.
• Comfortable working with virtual sales channels (phone/Zoom).

Responsibilities

• Sell high-ticket life insurance products (IUL, FIA, etc.) via phone/Zoom.
• Work with provided leads and follow a proven selling system.
• Achieve targets with minimal hand-holding.
