True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a transactional real estate associate attorney in Dallas, TX. The candidate will join a nationally recognized real estate practice group and work on sophisticated transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, with senior attorneys and clients.

The role requires a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 2–4 years of relevant experience, plus strong drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Qualifications

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
  • Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
  • 2–4 years of substantive real estate transaction experience (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing).
  • Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish and to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
  • Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closing processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal advice.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters.
