T3 Trading Group, LLC is seeking a dynamic Trader to join our team in the United States. You will develop and maintain risk discipline, prioritize market-moving information, and manage multiple open positions while seeking opportunities across equities and options.

This role offers a full- or part-time path, access to firm capital, and tools designed for active traders. You will analyze markets, execute trades, and collaborate with fellow professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience.
• Proven track record of successful trading across markets.
• Strong grasp of trading principles, risk management, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency with trading platforms and market data tools.
• Ability to perform under pressure and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strict risk management discipline.
• Prioritize market-moving information requiring immediate action.
• Manage multiple open positions and hedged leverage exposure.
• Perform analytics on market-moving catalysts (fundamental/technical).
• Understand market cycle changes to assist in trading decisions.
• Handle pass-through fees for Market Data, FINRA and admin costs.
• Provide first loss capital when required.
