Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years maintenance/production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with injection molding machines is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret documents such as procedure manuals, blueprints, schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Basic mathematical skills and measurement proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Follow all work instructions, safety policies, PPE usage.
• Start up machines for production needs when required.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Repair mechanical components and replace parts on machines (bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges).
• Observe machines to locate causes of problems and dismantle devices to access parts.
• Lubricate and clean machinery to maintain upkeep and safety standards.
• Document changeovers and track times; complete work orders to improve efficiency and quality.
