Job summary

NetJets in Florida seeks a professional Pilot to uphold an impeccable safety record and provide outstanding service to Owners and passengers. You will hold the aircraft in command, manage in-flight service, and coordinate with maintenance and operations to ensure a smooth, concierge-level travel experience.

The role requires FAA ATP qualifications, extensive flight experience, and the ability to work varied hours, with a strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, and customer care.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP or meet ATP (R-ATP) requirements as outlined by FAA.
• Minimum flight time and hours per FAA guidelines (PIC, night, cross-country).
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft during taxi, takeoff, and landing following FAA SOPs.
• Greet Owners/passengers, brief them, provide weather updates and safety briefings.
• Deliver in-flight service and manage catering and alcohol as needed.
• Communicate maintenance discrepancies to MCC Controller and document them.
• Act as liaison from arrival to final destination and ensure passenger satisfaction.
