Job summary

The Pilot serves as the face of NetJets, combining technical proficiency with exceptional service for Owners and passengers, while maintaining composure and professionalism in all interactions.

This position requires FAA ATP, 1,500 hours total flight time (or equivalent), flexibility for long tours across time zones, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Requires high standard of safety and professional demeanor.
• FAA ATP and medical certification are essential.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe aircraft operations from taxi to landing per FAA rules and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service including catering and alcohol handling as needed.
• Liaise with Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination for a seamless experience.
• Report maintenance discrepancies to MCC and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain readiness for variable schedules and multiple time zones.
