Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships with a focus on affluent customers.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
• Must obtain required licenses within 180 days of start date (SIE, Series 6/7, state licenses).
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for Chase Private Client within the Branch.
• Manage client relationships with an advice-based approach to meet needs.
• Collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers.
• Provide self-service access options and support, 24/7 access where possible.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
