Qualifications

• Must pass and maintain a 10-year criminal history background check.
• Must pass a Department of Transportation drug and alcohol test and submit to random tests.
• Proficiency in communicating in English with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Treat all information as confidential.
• Project a professional image to clients, staff, and the public.
• Coordinate, secure, and set up screening locations according to guidelines.
• Verify passengers’ identities and clear discrepancies before screening.
• Inspect passengers and belongings for prohibited items before granting access to the aircraft.
• Ensure supervision of screened passengers until boarding.
• Report incidents to supervisor immediately.
