Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field.
• CPR/AED Certification.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Design personalized fitness programs based on assessments, goals, and client needs
• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging 1-on-1 training sessions
• Conduct progress reviews and fitness assessments every 4-6 weeks
• Help clients improve strength, mobility, balance, energy, and overall health
• Educate clients on exercise, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Create exceptional client experiences that drive long-term success
• Collaborate with a team of fitness professionals committed to excellence
