Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales in prestige category.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, recommend products, inform about promotions and events.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on new industry trends and products; communicate knowledge to guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with store policies and standards.
